Scheduling Employees

We are large retail chain in Australia.

I need input on a task – I am needing to create a schedule for three employees.  The requirement is – two weeks must work ten 8-hour shifts and four rest days, which completes the two-week period.  Ideally, I would like one employee to take the center weekend as their two rest days, with the other staff having their time off on the first Sunday and last Saturday.

The eight-hour shift structure is one shift begins at 7 AM and the other at 3 PM, in addition to a 12 PM shift each Friday.

My problem is creating this schedule with the required 10 hour break in between shifts.  If you have a solution for me I would love to hear from you.
