Keeping track of construction employees is a big challenge

Our construction company in British Columbia, Canada has from 12 – 20 employees with up to 5 job sites on any given day. Some of our staff roam to different job sites during the day. Instead of phoning or texting, we would like to log into an app or home page and find any one or more of our staff. The app would be setup on each of the worker’s phone that automatically is enabled during work hours that we setup. We don’t want the employee to feel “Big Brother is watching” on their personal time. We believe an app would be the best solution, but are open to other suggestions. Payment through a monthly fee would be most suitable for us.
